Dedication to your tour group – Guides and Tour Managers

Throughout your tour you will be escorted by a professional Tour Manager, whose time and service is dedicated entirely to your group. The Tour Manager & Local Guides will prove to be an invaluable resource of historical and cultural information. But most importantly our professional Tour Managers and Guides know how important it is to develop a rapport with your group so that every group member feels comfortable asking questions and getting the most out of their tour.

Transport – Convenience, safety and comfort

Proscenium uses a combination of touring coaches, rail and public transport to ensure that your group experiences safe, comfortable and efficient travel both in the city and out in the country.

Accommodation – Easy access

Proscenium offers two, three and four starred accommodation to suit the budget and requirements of your group.  Where appropriate your group may also make use of student housing and hostels (upon request only). Whatever standard of accommodation, rest assured, all accommodation is conveniently located for easy access to the sights and many are ‘character’ properties that reflect the culture of the country you are visiting.

Restaurants – Taste and variety

Variety is definitely the spice of life. The restaurants and menus that we choose range from traditional dishes to contemporary continental, so there is always something for everyone.

Flights – Flexibility and reliability

Flights are on scheduled airlines and arranged for your group well in advance so there are no last minute changes to your flight itinerary. For a small administrative fee, we are also happy to arrange individual flight plans for travellers who wish to stay longer or travel to another destination at the end of their tour.
