STEP 1 – Choose your tour

Proscenium offers fully flexible itineraries, so choose the perfect itinerary by doing one of the following:

1. Choose one of popular, ready made itineraries.
2. Use one of our itineraries as a foundation and then build on it with your own preferences.
3. Contact us and we can help you design a customised tour to match the particular needs or curriculum.

STEP 2 – Request a quote

For a quotation, contact us via e-mail at: info@prosceniumtours.com or by phone 020 3176 7830.  To prepare your quote we require the following information:

1. Your destination. (Either the name of the tour you have chosen, or the country/ies and cities you would like to visit)
2. The dates you hope you travel.
3. Your estimated group size.

Please note: Prices are dependent on the size of the group, tour chosen, and dates of travel. Proscenium tour prices start from $2400 including airfare for and 8 day tour.)

STEP 3 – ADVERTISE TO YOUR STUDENTS

Once Proscenium provides you with a formal quotation you will be given between 30 and 60 days to advertise the tour to your students. (Time may be extended if your tour does not include airfare.)

STEP 4 – PAY DEPOSITS

Provided you reach the minimum group size required on your quotation, once you have your passenger list, Proscenium will request a non-refundable deposit of 200 GBP/350 USD per person.

STEP 5 – PAY REMAINDER of PROGRAMME COST

WE will work with you on a payment plan and you may pay in one, two or three instalments. Final payment to reach us at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
