STEP 1: PLAN YOUR ITINERARY

Begin planning your itinerary. You may have a look at some of our suggestions on our map or simply create a basic itinerary so we can provide you with a quotation.

STEP 2: FILL IN OUR QUESTIONAIRE SO THAT WE MAY PROVIDE A QUOTATION

You may find our questionnaire in the “GET A QUOTE” section of our website. The questionnaire will ask you questions such as: duration of your programme, what country/countries you would like to visit, the content of your programme, estimated number of students and all information we need to provide you with an estimated cost.

STEP 3: CONSULTATION AND PROPOSAL

If you are happy with the estimated cost, we will then proceed to proposal stage.  At this stage we will discuss your itinerary with you in greater detail and prepare a formal quotation which includes all your site visits, lectures, travel arrangements, housing, local guides, meals and anything else you may require. (Please note, you may have already provided this in Step 1, which means we can provide you with a formal proposal during your initial enquiry.)

STEP 4: MARKET YOU COURSE ON CAMPUS AND PAY DEPOSITS

Once we provide you with a proposal you will be given between 30 and 60 days to market the tour to your students. (Time may be extended if your programme does not include airfare or to suit the academic schedule at your university, e.g. enrolment.)
Once you have advertised and have students committed to you programme of study, you will need to send us a non-refundable deposit of 200GBP or 350 USD for each student travelling.
(Please note: At this stage, if your numbers are less than those estimated in your proposal, the price may need to be adjust to account for a smaller group size. You will be advised of this before sending deposits.)

STEP 5: PRE DEPARTURE: FINAL ITINERARY AND PAYMENT

Work with Proscenium to finalise all the details of your study programme including rooming lists, itinerary timings, on site excursions, etc. (Please note any additional services not included in the final proposal may incur an additional cost.)
You will also need collect payments from students and forward these payments to us according to your payment plan which may be paid in one, two or three instalments. Final payment is to reach us 8 weeks prior to arrival.
